Schedule: Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RN Case Management.
- HCA experience required.
- MIDAS experience required.
- Strong case management, care coordination, and discharge planning skills.
