Position Highlights
- Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct patient care.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and promptly communicate changes in condition.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Delegate appropriately and supervise assigned patient care activities.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
