Required Experience
2–5 years of Nurse Manager or Director-level experience.
Clinical or management experience in Medical ICU (MICU).
Clinical or management experience in Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU).
Experience overseeing critical care operations.
Experience leading multiple ICU teams.
Proven experience in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience driving organizational and cultural transformation.
Experience managing resistance and leading diverse teams.
Required Certifications
CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse).
WV State License or Compact License.
BLS
Required Clinical & Regulatory Knowledge
CLABSI prevention.
CAUTI prevention.
VAP prevention.
Sepsis management and quality indicators.
Patient safety and quality outcomes.
Joint Commission readiness.
CMS standards and regulatory compliance.
