**Join Our Dynamic NICU Team!** - Are you ready to make a profound impact in the lives of vulnerable newborns? - We are seeking passionate NICU Registered Nurses to join our exceptional team! - Experience the thrill of working in a fast-paced Neonatal Intensive Care unit while providing compassionate care to critically ill infants. **Job Requirements:** - **Experience:** 2 years of NICU RN experience required; NICU III experience a must! - **License:** Active CA RN License - **Certifications:** Must hold current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications - **Travelers:** First-time travelers welcome with 3 years of NICU experience **Job Details:** - **Shift:** Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30) - **Weekend Requirement:** YES, every other weekend - **Floating Requirement:** YES, with flexibility to float to Pediatrics, PICU, and Newborn Nursery (Postpartum, infants only) - **On-Call Requirement:** NO - **Pending License:** NO, must be active at the time of submission - **Scheduling Requests:** NO requests or RTO within the first 2 weeks; holiday coverage is essential **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
