Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN Nights Location: unspecified. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to neonatal patients within a pediatric trauma center. The role includes floating between units, working variable weekend shifts, and supporting a Level IV NICU with a focus on high-acuity neonatal care.
Job Details
- Certifications: BLS, NRP

- Location Requirements: Must hold a valid state license; compact license preferred and must be in hand at submission.
- Years of Experience: 2 years required in NICU or equivalent neonatal care.

- Required Qualifications: 2+ years NICU experience, preferably Level III or higher. Experience with blood and blood product administration, APGAR scoring, arterial line management, and neonatal respiratory support.
- Additional Information: Will position float between units. Must be flexible to work variable schedules, including weekends and holiday shifts. Candidates should have experience with electronic charting (Epic preferred). Candidates must include responses to specified onboarding questions, including prior work at a similar facility and references covering the last three years.
