Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
• 2 years of ICU experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• PALS and TNCC preferred
• Experience with ventilated patients, central line care, IV management, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Ability to float to ICU, IMC, and Tele as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult patients in a Trauma ICU setting
• Monitor and manage patients with complex, high-acuity critical care needs
• Administer blood products and maintain central line and IV therapy care
• Support ventilator management and care for mechanically ventilated patients
• Interpret and respond to dysrhythmias and assist with neurologic monitoring as needed
• Collaborate closely with respiratory therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, and other support teams
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain high standards of patient care
• Float between ICU, IMC, and Tele based on unit needs
