Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry
Offer Type: Auto Offer
Shift: Night Shift – 3 × 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Requirements:

Minimum 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

Must have an active Ohio RN license or a valid compact state RN license in hand.

Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification before the start date.

One recent professional reference from a Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), Supervisor, or Director in the specialty is required for submission. Charge RN references are accepted.

Must successfully pass the ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation. Acceptable scores on both assessments are required.
