Join our team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Cleveland, OH! This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled RNs to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Requirements:
- Must have 12 months of permanent Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
- MUST HAVE a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certification required.
- MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
- ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN references accepted!
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
- Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
