Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Float Registered Nurse in Madison, WI. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care across various Med/Surg units. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide nursing care in Med/Surg units, including cardiac, spine, and neuro.
- Utilize Epic for patient documentation and management.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including those related to weekends and holidays.
**Requirements:**
- Current WI RN license or compact license required.
- BLS certification from AHA required.
- Experience working in different Med/Surg units is essential.
- Traveler will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
