**Join Our Dynamic MICU Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (MICU) - **Location:** Dallas, TX - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM, Rotating Weekends - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week **Unit Highlights:** - Work in a bustling MICU (650) environment - Engage in assignments based on acuity and skill levels - Utilize advanced ICU equipment: - Ventilators - NXStage - Arctic Sun - GE Cardiac Output Monitor - Document patient care through Meditech **Requirements:** - **Mandatory Skills:** - 2+ years of MICU/MSICU experience - Current BLS and ACLS certifications - Active RN Texas license (temporary licenses are not accepted) - **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Meditech documentation system **Procedures Performed:** - Central line placements - Thoracentesis - Dialysis catheter placements - Cardioversions - Intubations - All other ICU procedures **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Royal Blue - **Nail Policy:** Clean and healthy; no artificial nails, gels, or next-gen styles - **Hair Policy:** Neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer - **Tattoos:** Body art should be covered whenever feasible - **Piercings:** No visible piercings other than earrings **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
