Job description
Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in West Burlington, Iowa.

HIGHLIGHTS:
- Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Geriatric, Medical/Surgical, Adult, Psychiatric and Telemetry.
- ACLS Required.
- Estimated work week 36-hours with the possibility of overtime.
- Every other weekend rotation.
- Every other holiday rotation is required.
- EPIC EMR Experience in a like unit within the last 12 months required.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Telemetry Ratios are currently 1:4 on days and 1:5 on nights.
- Med/Surg Ratios are currently 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights.
- If called in, the traveler is expected to be able to respond and arrive on-site within one hour.
MORE INFORMATION:
- Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.
- Unit Description: Candidate will be required to float to units within scope at the West Burlington Campus and may be required to float to our Fort Madison or Henry County campuses at times.
- Floating may include any non-critical care inpatient units, including to Behavioral Health and the Emergency Department if there are boarded patients.
- If the traveler has critical care experience, they may be floated to the CCU or ICU.
