This position involves optimizing post-surgical patients according to surgeon preferences within a supportive team environment.
Job Details
- Position Description:
The position involves working in a 37-bed medical surgical unit with telemetry, providing patient care in a high-acuity setting, with established protocols and order sets. - Required Qualifications:
Valid registered nurse (RN) licensure, ACLS, BLS certifications, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and experience with the Cerner electronic medical record system preferred but not required. - Schedule:
Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. - Additional Information:
The role involves providing care for post-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment, with some unit-specific protocols and a team-oriented workflow. - Submission Requirements:
Travelers must attach all required licenses and certifications and include a drivers license and permanent home address matching the ID. Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility.
