TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Unit: 4NW Ortho/Neuro
Minimum Experience: 2 years minimum MS exp required, travel exp is preferred but not required. Hard stop skills: indwelling drain removal, PICC line care/dressing changes & CHARGE EXP are all required for this unit
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, NIHSS, WI RN License
Charting Experience Required: Epic required within last 12 months
Float Requirement: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed.
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 4NW Ortho Neuro 1:6 ratio; 1:7 after 2300
Scrub Colors: Any
Cancellation clause: none, although hours are not guaranteed during the week of orientation, during holidays when unit may close, or weeks when there is voluntary/approved time off.
