40x Reg + 8x OT = $2,858.00

3 SHIFTS PER WEEK AT MADRAS & 1 SHIFT PER WEEK AT ANOTHER FACILITY LOCATION DEPENDING ON WHERE NEED IS GREATEST (Bend, Redmond, or Prineville).

*Will see some pediatric from bili baby and some IMU level of patients
*Ratios are acuity based and most are low acuity.
  
 

• Years of Experience REQ:2  
   
• Epic Experience REQ? Yes    
   
• First-Timers Travelers:Yes 
   
• Weekend REQ: Every other   
   
• Certs REQ: BLS, NIHSS required, ACLS & PALS preferred
   
• Skills REQ: community hospital experience required
   
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?Yes to Prineville 
   
• Locals Accepted: No- 75 mile radius rule. Submit with proof of address 
   
• Pending License Accepted: No
   
• RTO Restrictions: max 7 total days in 13 week assignment
