🔥 Travel Neuro Med/Surg Tele RN – Illinois | Nights 📅 Start: ASAP 📋 13-week contract 🌙 12-hour Nights ⏰ 36 or 48 hrs/week 🏥 22-bed Neuro unit 👩⚕️ Ratio: 1:4 🧠 2+ years strong Med/Surg/Telemetry + Neuro experience ✈️ 1 completed travel assignment required 💻 Recent EPIC experience required 🩺 Neuro/Neuro-Surgical patients: CVA, cerebral angiograms, spine surgeries + medical overflow 💓 Tele interpretation, NIHSS, dysphagia screening & strong neuro assessments 💉 Heparin drip titration, blood products, IVs/blood cultures, NG tubes, drains & Foley/straight cath 📜 Active IL RN + AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required 🔄 May float to Medical unit 📆 Every other weekend + holiday 👕 Navy Blue scrubs 💉 COVID vaccine not required 📍 40-mile local radius applies Interested?
