This travel position offers a 12-hour day shift schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week, including weekdays with every other weekend (EOW) rotations. You will work in a dynamic environment, floating seamlessly between ICU, Stepdown, and Med-Surg units, with modified assignments where needed. Responsibilities include managing critical care equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, and rapid infusers. Candidates may also be required to float to the Behavioral Health Annex, with training provided. Requirements for this role include an active NH or Compact RN license, 2-3 years of ICU experience, and proficiency in Cerner EMR (preferred). Strong skills in independent, quick decision-making and a variety of care experiences are essential. Additional qualifications include expertise in handling equipment such as Alaris pumps and TTM management.
