Join our team as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Winston-Salem, NC. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing quality care to patients in need. Job Details:
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Experience REQUIRED
- Travel Experience: Unit will accept 1st timers; locals accepted with a rate difference
- Skills: IV Start and Telemetry
- Certifications: BLS
- Target Ratios: 1:6
- Shift: Nights; 18:45-07:15
- Hours Offered: 36 or 48 hours can be offered
- Float Requirement: Occasionally
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Patient Diagnoses: Surgery patients (colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, orthopedics, urology, vascular)
Unit Systems: Pyxis, SBAR, EPIC
Scheduling Type: Self Scheduling based on unit needs and with NM input
Unit Orientation: 36 hours
Scrubs: Not provided; navy blue or white required
Note: Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty.
