Travel RN Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020–$2,130
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio

• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Available Shifts: Days, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Additional Scheduling Requirements: Weekend and holiday rotation required; no guaranteed hours

Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical or telemetry nursing experience
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to care for patients requiring medical-surgical or medical-telemetry-level care
• BSN and a recognized professional nursing certification are preferred

Travel RN Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a medical-surgical telemetry unit
• Care for patients with medicine and medical-telemetry diagnoses according to established standards of practice
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, clinical status, and changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Complete patient assessments, care plans, clinical documentation, and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Escalate changes in condition promptly and support safe transitions of care
