Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient well-being, exhibit teamwork, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and effectively communicating with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a collaborative care environment.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.
Location
This position is based in a facility located in City, State.
