Join our team as a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse at a leading acute-care hospital in Euclid, OH. We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a focus on delivering high-quality nursing services.
ALL requirements listed in the job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
Requirements:
- Must have 12 months of permanent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience.
- MUST HAVE PERMANENT OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certification required.
- Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.
- ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN references accepted!
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
- Locals accepted at the same rate.
