Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med-Surg assignment providing quality nursing care to adult Med-Surg and EICU patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, IV therapy, monitoring patient conditions, documenting care in the EMR, collaborating with the healthcare team, and providing patient and family education.
Requirements
3yrs of Experience Required
Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Active Wisconsin RN license
BLS certification required or obtained within one month of hire
ACLS certification required or obtained within six months of hire
PALS encouraged
Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing patient assignments and unit needs
