- Location: 1099 Medical Center Circle, Mayfield, KY 42066
- Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical
- Department: Medical-Surgical – 3rd & 4th Floors
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Openings: 1
- Start Date: Weekly orientation on Mondays
- Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 60 miles from the facility.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Licensure: Must hold the required RN license to practice in Kentucky
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and CPI/HWC/MAB (as specified by the facility)
- Education: Required education for RN licensure in Kentucky
Unit Details
- Unit: Medical-Surgical
- Number of Beds: 57
- Patient Ratio: Up to 1:6, with PCA assistance
- Charting System (EHR): Meditech
- Patient Population: All age groups
- Floating: As needed, potentially to similar units
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or as needed
- Call: As needed

- Post-operative joint patients
- Diabetes and related conditions
