Seeking RN – LDRP for a Level II Trauma acute care contract.
Shift: Nights | 7:00p–7:00a | 48 hrs/week | EOW | First to Float
EMR: EPIC | Experience: 3+ years LDRP | Certs: BLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, NRP & STABLE
Unit: 7 L&D beds | 12 Postpartum | 3 Triage | 1 C-Section OR
Ratios: L&D 1:1–2 | Postpartum 1:2–3 couplets
Skills: L&D, antepartum, triage, postpartum, C-sections, high-risk OB, fetal monitoring & titratable Pitocin/Magnesium/Insulin drips.
Floating: Peds MS, NICU feeder-growers, Med-Surg, PCU, ICU, ED or Psych as sitter/helping hands.
Requirements: Must be able to work independently and titrate drips. Profile review + manager interview. Scrubs: Surgical scrubs provided.
Orientation: 2×12-hour shifts | Radius: 50 miles | RTO ≤7 days upfront.
