Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Department position for a rapid-response assignment supporting labor and delivery services. The role requires current fetal monitoring knowledge and designated certifications, with a 48-hour weekly schedule across 12-hour day shifts. The assignment is scheduled for six weeks.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week. Assignment dates: 11/03/202612/15/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Association of Womens Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, and current intermediate fetal monitoring competency. Required certifications must be included in the submission packet.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification, bilingual skills, and scrub technician skills.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities support labor and delivery services, including cesarean sections and tubal ligation or salpingectomy procedures. Patient ratios are generally 2:1, with high-risk patients assigned at 1:1 or 2:1 when stable. Operating room circulation experience is required. Royal blue scrubs are required.
