Job Details
- Position Description: Mount Auburn Labor and Delivery Department, a leader in maternity care, is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse to join their team. The role involves supporting vaginal and cesarean deliveries, maintaining high standards of patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient delivery processes.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Active Massachusetts nursing license, 2+ years of labor and delivery experience, BLS (Basic Life Support), and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required. Epic experience is also required.
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts with day and night rotations, every other weekend, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Must have separated from previous employment at the organization for at least 6 months to be considered. The role demands adherence to hospital protocols and evidence-based practices, emphasizing quality maternity care.
