**Exciting Opportunity for Rapid Response RN in Labor & Delivery!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic Labor and Delivery team for a 6-week Rapid Response assignment! - Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM – 48 hours per week. - Location: Building B, 2nd Floor, Vintage Tower. **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: - Labor Beds: 11 - ObEval: 4 - OB PACU: 2 - ORs: 2 - Staff: 79 dedicated professionals. - Patient Ratios: - 1 RN to 2 patients - 1 RN to 1 patient - Equipment: GE fetal monitoring. - EMR: CPN, Meditech. **Skills Required:** - AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification. - Must be able to provide Couplet Care if floated. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Over 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery. - Experience as a Transition Nurse/Baby Catching. **Typical Procedures:** - Non-Stress Tests (NST) - Cervical Exams - Managing Labor - Titrating Medications - McRoberts Maneuver **Ideal Candidate:** - Thrives in organized chaos and enjoys a fast-paced environment. **Required Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS - NRP - AWHONN EFM **Floating Areas:** - Postpartum-Couplets. **Dress Code:** - Hospital infant security scrubs. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
