Join a leading acute-care hospital in Columbus, OH, as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN). We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN with a passion for providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and effective labor and delivery experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor and delivery.
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs and respond to any complications.
- Assist with labor management and delivery procedures.
- Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP.
- Skills required: IV start and L&D experience.
- EPIC experience required.
- May be required to float to other units.
- Previous travel experience preferred.
Parking Options: Parking is available in West Campus Carmack Lots 2 and 3, approximately 1.7 miles from the facility. The Pink Shuttle runs every 3-5 minutes during peak times and reaches the medical center in approximately 8-9 minutes. Various parking permits are available for purchase, including monthly and annual options.
