Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 2 years of Level 3 or Level 4 Labor & Delivery experience
• Experience providing safe, age-specific nursing care in a high-acuity maternal care setting
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical collaboration skills
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process
• Support safe clinical practice and positive maternal outcomes through strong technical nursing skills
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy at all times
• Contribute to professional nursing practice, quality care, and clinical excellence
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Labor & Delivery unit operations
