Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years IR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience, with specific expertise in interventional radiology
- Familiarity with IR procedures including sedation, patient monitoring, and post-procedure care
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout all phases
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the IR team to coordinate interventions and respond to emergent needs
- Administer and monitor sedation and analgesia consistent with protocols
- Assess patient status before, during, and after procedures, reporting changes promptly
- Prioritize patient advocacy and education, ensuring patients and families are informed about procedures and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulations and best practices
- Uphold strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and sterile technique

$2,783 - $2,944/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
