Job Summary
Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Nurse Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing care for a diverse patient population, including medical-surgical, telemetry, cardiac intensive care, neurological, and cerebrovascular accident patients. The role requires active VA or Compact license and includes working with students and new hires as part of a teaching environment.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Active VA or Compact license upon start; minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; experience in charge responsibilities preferred; Cerner experience preferred; minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Days, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Orientation occurs every other Monday, with a schedule starting on 09/21/2026 and ending on 12/19/2026. Prior travel experience is required for all Centra positions.
- Submission Requirements: Work history with at least 2 years experience, explanation of all work history gaps over 90 days, Skills Checklist, copy of Nursys/license. All requested time off should be included at the time of submission.
