Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, with 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Alaska (AK) license required at time of submittal. 2 years of professional nursing experience, including at least 2 years as a staff RN in immunotherapy and chemotherapy. One year of supervisory or managerial experience is required. High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with infusion therapy, supervisory roles, and emergency procedures such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP are preferred.
- Additional Information: The position involves oversight of clinical operations, staff leadership and development, coordination of patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Flexibility to step into patient care roles as needed and to address behavioral or performance issues promptly is required.
