ICU RN | 3x12 Nights/Days , EOW | Cerner | BLS, ACLS & NIHSS Required | 2+ Years ICU Experience (3 Years Preferred) | 32-Bed ICU | 2:1 Ratio | Neuro, Cardiac, PCI, Sepsis, Stroke, TBI & ETOH Patients | Pressors, Antiarrhythmics, Sedation, Vents & ICP Monitoring Required | Must Interpret Own EKG Strips | Float to Telemetry & ED ICU/Telemetry Holds | First to Float |
