Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Tyler, TX. We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a Medical-Surgical ICU with a focus on delivering high-quality nursing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
Requirements:
- 2 years of ICU experience preferred.
- Travel experience preferred.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS*, PALS*.
- Patient ratios: 1:2.
- Note: This facility does not contract travelers residing in the following counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris.
