Job Description
Our client, a leading short-term acute care Level I Trauma Center in New Haven, CT, is looking for a Registered Nurse - ICU to start right away.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.
- Manage airway and IV drips effectively.
- Float between ICU and step-down units as needed.
- Administer blood products and manage ventilators.
- Interpret arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias.
Qualifications
- Active RN license with 2 years of ICU experience.
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
