Job Details
- Position Description: ICU Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality care in a 24-bed ICU unit with patient ratios of 1:2, 1:3 for PCU boarders, and 1:1 for higher acuity cases. Responsibilities include rapid sequence intubations, central line placements, ventilator management, vasopressor administration, and arterial line placements. The unit utilizes EPIC documentation system and staff are required to work straight nights or a 50/50 floating schedule within hospital inpatient units.
- Required Qualifications: Licensure as an ICU Nurse, ACLS certification, minimum of 2 years ICU experience (will consider 1 year strong experience), and at least 0 years of prior ICU-specific experience.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/18/2027.
- Additional Information: The ICU team values outgoing, collaborative personalities. Candidates must be flexible to float to PCU or as a sitter across hospital inpatient units. The role involves working three weekend shifts within a four-week period.
