Job Details

- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Education & Experience: 1.5 years of experience, Current state or compact license required, familiarity with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, management of multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, arterial line management, central line care, continuous IV sedation, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, arterial blood gases interpretation, suctioning (ETT, NT), and isolation precautions/PPE.
- Additional Qualifications: Experience with charting system (preferably Epic), previous charge nurse experience, and community hospital experience are preferred.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week
- Submission Requirements: Candidate must complete core onboarding items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing; modules are completed onsite during orientation.
- Compliance: Must adhere to 50-mile radius rule; state or compact license must be in hand at time of submittal; all RTO must be listed at the time of submittal; previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler.
- Additional Unit Information: Onboarding includes non-billable modules and orientation hours.
