Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Active California RN license required at submission; pending licenses not accepted
- Travel experience required; first-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of ICU experience at a 400+ bed facility
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Hard Stop: Recent Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan-Ganz monitoring experience is mandatory
- Epic charting experience required
- Teaching hospital experience required
- Two supervisor-or-higher references from the past year of employment required at submission
- Flu vaccine mandatory; no exemptions
- Must pass the EKG exam during orientation
Preferred Experience:
- Transplant, CRRT, EVD, cardiac, neuro, and trauma
- Strong MICU candidates with cardiac and neuro experience may be considered
