Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health RN experience.
OASIS assessment and documentation experience required.
Experience in a hospital-affiliated home health service required.
Epic charting experience required.
BLS certification required.
Strong clinical assessment, head-to-toe assessment, and wound assessment skills.
Proficiency in infusion therapy, phlebotomy, and lab draws.
Experience with wound care, wound VACs, medication management, and care coordination.
