Description
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include triaging, assessing, and delivering immediate care for a variety of medical emergencies. The ER RN collaborates with a medical team to ensure rapid treatment and monitors patients' conditions closely. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining patient advocacy and quality care standards.
