Job Summary
Emergency Room specialty position for a six-week rapid-response assignment. The role supports a fast-paced emergency department serving patients with complex neurological and cardiac needs, including stroke and acute cardiac events.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and either Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Required certifications must be included in the submission packet.
- Preferred Qualifications: Strong neurological and cardiac skills.
- Additional Information:
- Rapid-response assignment lasting six weeks.
- Emergency department with 12 beds and a typical patient ratio of 4:1.
- Clinical exposure includes cardiac emergencies, stroke care, and thrombolytic therapy.
- Royal blue scrubs are preferred; clothing displaying competitor emblems is not acceptable.
- No time-off requests or special scheduling arrangements are available.
