Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Emergency Department (ER) in McAllen, TX. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 12
- Number of Staff: 3 RNs on Day Shift, 3 RNs on Night Shift
- Patient Ratios: 1:4
- EMR: Meditech
Typical Procedures Performed:
- Stroke Center
- Moderate Sedation
Skill Set:
- Must Have: RN with 1+ year of ER experience
- Preferred: TNCC, NRP
Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
Best Personality Fit: Teamwork is required for this role. Candidates should be adaptable and collaborative.
Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue
Weekends and On Call: Weekends will rotate.
