Position Overview
The Emergency Department is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for providing quality care in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 28
- Staffing: 18 staff members per 24 hours
- Patient Ratio: 1:4
Staffing Structure
- Day Shift: CNC, 3 RNs, Unit Clerk, Greeter
- Mid Shift: 3 RNs, 2 PCTs
- Night Shift: CNC, 3 RNs, Unit Clerk, Greeter

- Baxter IV Pumps
- Ranger Rapid Infuser
- Ranger Blood Warmer
Certifications Required
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
Location
This position is based in Frankfort, KY.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required for this role.
