Join a leading acute-care hospital as an RN in the Emergency Department (ED) in Brockton, MA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing critical care to patients in need. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, every other weekend and holiday required.
Local vs Travel: Talent residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be compensated at a local rate, which is $10 less than the posted bill rate.
Required Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 ED experience is essential. Candidates must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips, identify heart blocks, and pass a Telemetry Test on Day 1 (84% or higher).
Preferred Experience: Previous travel assignments and critical care experience are advantageous.
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are mandatory for this role.
