Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Emergency Department (ER) in Denton, TX. This facility serves the growing population of Denton and surrounding counties, offering a full spectrum of healthcare services, including advanced trauma programs. As a member of the healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Unit Highlights:
- 24-bed state-of-the-art Emergency Department
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Floating policy: As needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ER.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize Meditech for documentation and patient management.
Qualifications:
- Must have HCA experience and Meditech experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in the Emergency Department.
- Current NIH certification required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and TNCC certifications required.
- Active RN license only; temporary licenses will not be accepted.
Dress Code:
- Royal Blue Scrubs for RN.
- Nail Policy: Clean and healthy; no artificial nails or gel.
- Hair must be neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors.
- Tattoos should be covered whenever possible.
- Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.
