Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : N/A
Type of equipment : Hamilton Ventilator, EKG, bedside monitors
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: 36 hours, rotating weekends
Floating policy: Other FSED if staffing allows or unable to meet 36 hour requirement
Patient Experience requirements: 2 years minimum
Hospital Specifics-
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI if available
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set: RN
Must have: Great attendance and teamwork, quality patient care, communication with Providers and peers related to patient care needs.
Advanced skills needed: Drip titrations, breathing Tx administration, PEDS and Adult focus
Procedures performed on unit: Pelvic exams, suture setup, Orthopedic splinting
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
NIH Certification
Registered Nurse License
