Years of Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience preferred
- Pediatric ICU or cardiac critical-care experience required
- Experience with congenital heart defects preferred
- Travel experience is not required if the traveler has 3+ years of relevant experience
Ratios: Confirm with facility
First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes - if traveler has more than 3 years of recent ICU experience
Weekend Requirement: EOW
Float Requirement: May float to various nursing units while maintaining clinical standards; confirm facility expectations

Required Certifications/Licensure: - Active Florida RN license or active multistate eNLC license - BLS through the American Heart Association - PALS through the American Heart Association - ACLS through the American Heart Association - PALS and ACLS must be completed within the facility’s required timeframe if not already held - All licenses and certifications must remain active and in good standing Preferred Certifications/Experience: - CPN or CCRN certification preferred - NRP certification preferred - Pediatric ICU experience preferred - Congenital heart defect experience preferred - Pediatric cardiac-care experience preferred - Experience with EMR documentation and electronic clinical systems preferred
