- Teamwork: Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and delegates/oversees appropriate patient-care activities
- Documentation: Comprehensive assessment and ongoing care documentation required
- Quality: Participation in unit-based quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
- Preferred: Previous nursing experience and BSN
