Clean JD – Cardiovascular Unit RN
- Specialty: Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Unit (CVU)
- Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts only
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Must-Have Requirements
- Previous cardiac nursing experience — required
- Epic EMR experience — required
- Ability to float between the Cath Lab and Cardiovascular Unit (CVU) — required
- Cath Lab experience and pre-/post-procedure care — highly preferred
- Acute cardiac experience — preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to cardiovascular patients.
- Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic.
- Support patient care across both the Cath Lab and CVU as assigned.
