Required:
Minimum 3 years of RN Case Management experience
Previous travel assignment experience required
Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license at the time of submission
Current BLS certification
Experience in acute hospital case management
Experience with care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization review
Ability to assess patient needs and coordinate appropriate levels of care
Strong understanding of Medicare regulations and discharge requirements
Experience with electronic charting systems require
