- Schedule: 3x12-hour nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM; every other weekend (may vary based on need).
- Floating: Required to similar units or other facilities as needed.
- Patient Population: Adult inpatients with life-threatening cardiac/multisystem conditions, including sepsis, MI, unstable angina, and CAD. Experience with IV antiarrhythmics, vasoactive infusions, and anticoagulation.
- Procedures/Skills: Vasoactive drug administration, antiarrhythmic therapy, thrombolytic therapy, defibrillation/cardioversion, thoracentesis, cardiac telemetry, EKG, and non-invasive BP monitoring.
- Requirements: Active SC RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, minimum 1 year of Epic experience, and 2 years of specialty experience requested. First-time travelers may be considered based on experience.
